Excellent treatment all round but feel that appointment times should be adhered to ie appt at 9.30 or 10.00 should not go over by more than 10 mins.

The way the procedures caried out were explained. The encouragement for self support + progress. The advice about daily exersises. Patience + simpathetic understanding shown. A sense that any worries I could phone any time. Thank you

everyone was very caring and considerate nothing is to much trouble I feel you could not improve anything the treatment is brilliant. I feel the staff are fantastic all friendly and helpfull to me and my family very supportive.
